UAT Test Analyst

Currently we are looking for UAT Test Analysts with strong experience who will join our team in Poland. We are also looking for team members who care about results and are not afraid of taking ownership.

• Responsible to manage and execute the UAT testing concept for data migration.
• Establish and monitor measures related to testing, providing insights to the project and senior management.
• Responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive testing concept.
• Reporting to different levels of Product owners and walkthrough the test analysis
• Coordinating between different line of business for their requirements and sign offs.
• Identify and monitor program risks.
• Analyze customer data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.

• Strong experience in Banking domain with UAT experience covering all testing aspects of the SDLC incl. reporting.
• Significant experience working in Wealth management with agile mindset is a strong plus.
• Strong experience UAT End to end test activities.
• Experience with JIRA (XRAY is a strong plus)
• Strong domain knowledge on wealth management banking is strong plus.
  • Client life cycle management
  • Knowledge on Legal Regulations and digital channels.
  • Product Suitability and Portfolio Management and Advisory services.
  • Knowledge of wealth management products (Securitized instruments, Structured Products, Treasury (Money Market, FX, FUND, etc.)
  • Credit facility management and Lending.
• Knowledge of financial products is required. Work experience in the financial industry is a plus, in the Markets domain.
• Knowledge on data migration testing.
• Excellent command of English.
• High sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
• Open-minded personality with strong problem-solving perspective and skills.
• Strong in stakeholder management and proficient in communication on different levels of management.

• ISTQB.
