Site Reliability Engineer

We are currently building self-governing teams in Warsaw to support our customer in development of a new project within the Finance area. We are having several positions open for Site Reliability Engineers.

• Supporting code and systems for internal scalability, security, and reusability.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to support systems and software solutions that help site reliability and performance for multiple technical offerings.
• Contributing to product quality improvements.
• Configuring and troubleshooting software applications, systems, databases, and associated devices.
• Monitoring and escalating application performance concerns that threaten application functionality.

• Providing customer support on merchant escalated issues specific to applications (e.g. increased latency, transactional issues, features not working as encouraged, etc.).
• Advancement in one or more general programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
• Experience supporting modern services and web applications on Linux and or Windows environments.
• Willingness to learn new technologies: Dev-ops platforms, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
• Professional experience of collaboration with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Bachelors degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
