For the head office in Wroclaw we are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager in charge of Customer Service Center/Production Planning/Logisti/Procurement with professional experience ideally, but not limited to, the packaging, plastics, industrial production and building material sector, who has the required expertise and experience as well as hands-on mentality. Applicants who have the potential to grow from their present position into this lead role, will be considered, too.

Senior Supply Chain Manager

Miejsce pracy: Wrocław

Responsibilities:

Production planning (long term forecasting as well as short term operational planning)
Transport and warehousing management
Budgeting and cost optimisation
Establishing and monitoring KPIs in the area of logistics
Raw materials and finished goods inventory management
Cooperation with the production, quality and sales area
Managing the work of the subordinate team (team building, motivating, employee development)

Candidate’s Profile:

Higher education
In depth and proven knowledge in logistics and production planning
Experience in managing teams in several locations
very good knowledge of English
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Self-driven and the ability to work under time pressure
Analytical and problem solving skills
Team player
