- Supporting the execution of the sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets for training services under PART-147 in close cooperation with PART-145 sales team members
- Building and promoting LOTAMS capabilities, developing a strong relationship with our current customers and the new ones
- Proactive activities by identifying emerging markets and prospect opportunities
- Leading autonomously sales prospection, negotiation and contract management by designing customer offers
- Closely work with Customer Support Team to deliver best customer experience to our clients
- Objective setting and performance monitoring as well as presenting sales, revenue and forecasts reporting to the management team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or engineering related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative or a Sales Manager in an international environment
- Successful previous sales experiences as well as independence and ability to achieve set goals
- A customer-oriented attitude as well as business sense
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Team spirit skills and ability to work in an international environment
- Fluent in English and Polish, additional languages are a plus
- Good knowledge of the aircraft maintenance industry and aviation sector is a nice to have
