Project & Stakeholder Deputy Manager – airport industry

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in PMO / Project Management function
- Stakeholder management experience is an important asset.
- Experience negotiating with Stakeholders and in multinational environment.
- Experience in the implementation of projects in the IT/telecom industry; technical background is advisable.
- Experience working in formalised contractual environment;
- Document management experience is an important asset.
- Excellent customer focus.
- High organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating meetings, taking notes, monitoring actions;
- Teamwork.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Polish languages needed. Please submit your CV in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs.

- The position requires daily on-site presence at the customer’s office in Warsaw.
- Collecting, processing and communicating Stakeholder requirements;
- Daily cooperation with the customer;
- Following the applicable procedures and using the relevant tools;
- Coordinating of project teams and subcontractors.
- Supporting the Contract Leader and other members of the Management Personnel in their tasks.
- Work in a young and dynamically developing project team operating in various areas of infrastructure.
