Production Project Coordinator
Gliwice
Tasks:
Involvement in upstream phases of the project: expertise phase, acquisition phase, pre-engineering, conceptual phase
Defining global industrial schemes to produce parts in several project phases: molding, paint, assembly, packaging means, information system, parts flow
Project management: coordination, supervision, team management, risk management, change management, and management of allocated budget with the cooperation of the Program Manager
Reporting of project status, project reviews, schedule updates
Responsible for integration of project industrial process in production plant
Management of manufacturing economical perimeter: cycle time, operators, investments, supply chain costs
Implementation of internal corporate procedures, quality system procedures
Verification of production line parameters in terms of safety, quality and capacity
Creating a teamwork environment
Requirements:
Higher engineering education, preferred major: Mechanics and Machine Construction
English language: advanced (B2)
Industry experience of at least 2 years
Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Analytical and solve problems altitude
Ability to read technical documentation
Basic supply chain and logistics knowledge
Knowledge of technical drawing, AutoCAD software, MS Office package
Knowledge of the following processes and standards: project management process, risk management, organization of works, health and safety requirements, PLM, APQP, FMEA, VSM
