- Maintaining full technical efficiency of lines, machines and devices as well as installations,
- Analysis of causes and effects of failures and control of repairs,
- Participation in investment and other projects aimed at improving the efficiency of the plant,
- Planning of purchasing spare parts and services of machines,
- Planning and monitoring of the maintenance budget and its execution,
- Monitoring indicators in the area of reliability and production,
- Effective use of all resources in the maintenance department,
- Keeping documentation related to performed repairs,
- Responsibility for compliance with and application of the Bunge requirements and standards of IFS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000 and the requirements of legal regulations,
- Participation in certification audits (IFS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000) and client audits,
- Ordering and controlling the work of maintenance workers (mechanics, automation engineers, workshop),
- Managing and settling a group of subordinate Employees,
- Cooperation and supervision over external services and production support teams,
- Submitting purchase requests for necessary materials and services,
- Supervision of hazardous works, preparation of work permits,
- Participation in the plants development projects (e.g. adapting the department to corporate standards),
- Continuation of the implementation of a new CMMS system based on SAP PM.
The position is based in Karczew Plant and it will report to our Technical Manager also located in Karczew Plant.
