About the team
You will join a virtual HR Systems & Insights team, which is one out of two COE teams, in People & Culture with some colleagues located in HQ North of Copenhagen and this position located in Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin. The team is responsible for driving the strategic agenda for HR technologies, workforce analytics, Global Shared Services for HR and latest Employee Experience. The team is in a unique position to drive the strategic people agenda and lifting our People & Culture services to the next level as well as impacting our business and employees directly.

Therefore, we are now looking for someone to help us drive and facilitate the employee experience and initiatives forward and support the journey on ensuring Coloplast continues to be the preferred place to work for our most important asset in Coloplast – our employees. At the moment we offer a temporary contract of employment for minimum 12 months up to 18 months. The original job title for this position is Employee Experience Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and drive Employee Experience initiatives incl.
- Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, execute/implement accordingly as well as support continuous optimization
- Develop foundation to collect, understand and prioritize the critical employee experiences for fast and agile prioritization and solution
- Potential supporting new tech. initiatives using bot/AI technologies for simplification of HR services for managers and employees
- Reviewing and updating the P&C processes, services, and systems towards ensuring Coloplast continues to be a great place to work, this includes:
- Ensuring fit for purpose HR processes and simple delivery methods that will improve the access and delivery of relevant services for employees & managers
- Facilitating the dialogue with countries and our tactical team in Poland who is a key collaboration partner on ensuring optimized service setup and operating model
- P&C Process optimization and initiatives (DocuSign, exit/onboarding survey etc.)
- Challenge the status quo and drive our vision regarding how we ensure great employee and manager experiences with the many projects we have in pipeline
