Electrical Engineer – Team Leader

Responsibilities:

enhance production processes, overseeing the implementation of best practices
develop and maintain technical documentation based on client guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance
manage document revisions and control costs
prepare post-execution documentation
propose and implement new solutions for process improvement
continuous cooperation with the customer and solving technical issues
leading the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment
collaborate closely with production, planning, purchasing, and sales departments, facilitating
seamless cross-functional communication

Requirements:

professional experience in a similar role
bachelors or Masters degree in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred)
knowledge and experience in electrical engineering and automation
ability to read electrical schematics
experience in designing electrical schematics; knowledge of ePlan software is a plus
familiarity with standards, regulations, and norms
teamwork skills and the ability to make decisions under time constraints
proactiveness, responsibility, and effectiveness in problem-solving
collaboration and communication skills
project leadership skills are additional assets
proficient in English
familiarity with office tools and ERP systems
