We are looking for a Civil Engineers for different positions (QA/QC, Works Manager) having the following qualifications to be assigned in our company for the Mercedes Project in Jawor, Poland. Civil Engineer

Job Description:

Oversee and manage construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations based on the Construction Manager’s guidance.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with engineering and design requirements.
Collaborate closely with subcontractors and other related parties to ensure timely project completion.
Analyse and interpret engineering plans, data, and technical drawings to plan and execute construction activities.
Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.
Maintain accurate project documentation and evidence, including daily progress reports, site diaries, change orders, site photographs, etc.
To assist in the implementation of the site safety program as required and ensure subcontractor compliance with Synergy’s safety standards and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
To prepare daily and daily / weekly progress reports.
Assist in the preparation of the project as built.

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

University degree (BS/MS) in Civil Engineering
Minimum 4 years experience on international industrial/construction projects.
Excellent organization and teamwork skills. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Self-oriented, disciplined, and well-organized.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office software.
Fluent in English and Polish verbal and written.
Good communication skills and well-motivated.
No obstacle to travel to other countries and stay there long term.
Valid engineering license to practice in Poland (mandatory).
