Civil Engineer

Płock

Tasks:

Expansion of the existing plant – production and warehouse areas
Onsite project coordination including design supervision, construction site management
Responsibility for planning and spending the CAPEX budget
Ensuring project implementation in accordance with internal standards, local legislation, with the support of Engineering Team
Cooperation with other teams, offices and GRC consultant in the scope of design approval, official permits for work and exploitation
Cooperation with internal team in the field of HSE, industrial safety, controlling, project cost control, planning, production
Supervision and cooperation with general contractor and subcontractors
Managing the construction stage including HSE, food safety, GMP, security aspects, contractor management
Reporting of project status, project reviews, schedule updates
Implementation of internal corporate procedures
Place of work: Płońsk

Requirements:

Higher engineering education, knowledge of civil design, construction and utilities, government requirements and permissions
At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering
At least 3 years of projects, people nad contractor management experience
Technical specifications preparation experience
Ability to present concepts, engineering solutions and reporting
Leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Experience in the food industry is preferred
Knowledge of technical drawing, AutoCAD, MS Office package
Knowledge of GMP, CQV, IL6S, FM global standard
English language B2
